Recently, this clinic has dived. Last year, I was in need of a referral and was promised one in June. In September (I enquired about it) I was assured it had gone through. What had actually happened was that they had forgotten and only sent it in September. I found this out recently. I phoned about a t he ouat infection, but was denied anti biotic, since I did not have a chest infection. I now spend every night continually coughing up green phlegm and am unable to settle. Such a shame, considering how many year this clinic has been amazing. I know the doctors are insanely busy, but there's no care from them now. Only the reception staff demonstrate a personal interest and concern. |

Yet again the receptionist cannot get a simple prescription right and I've been messed about yet again. How hard is it to keep the diazipam and add the zolpidem. Ffs absolutely USELESS!!! |
