St. Francis Surgery

I was absolutely disgusted with the way that I was dealt with today by the staff of this practice! To start off I had tried to ring up to book myself an appointment to go back onto the the pill and I also hadn't been feeling the best and as this is unlike me wanted to make sure everything was OK. After 13 calls from.8.00 of which every simgle phone call was diverted to a doctors office who clearly wasnt working, I decided to go down to the doctors to book an appointment face to face. I was stood at the reception for 5 minutes whilst the staff ignored me and finished their conversation about what happened on the weekend. When I was finally seen to, the lady was very rude to me and spoke to me in a way that she seemed angry that I had approached the desk because this had ruined her conversation. She then couldn't be bothered tonlisten to me trying to book an appointment and told me the triage nurse would ring me which I didn't understand why. 5 minutes approximately later I received a phone call from the triage nurse who when I explained that I was just trying to book an appointment to go back on the pill and wasnt sure why I had been asked to speak to her the nurse began shouting at me because it was not an emergency and asked me had I not thought about condoms or perhaps considered just not having sex?! I was shocked at this choice of words and thought that very rude! She said is there anything else, I told her about my sudden lack of energy as this is not like me to feel so drained and the nurse said "haven't you heard of coffee in the morning"?! I couldn't believe the nasty way that I had been dealt with, and this has resulted in me changing surgery's as I never want to be dealt with in that manner again. Its disgusting customer service, and I will be taking the matter further.
