I can not get an appointment, phone line only open for a few hours each day, by the time I manage to get through to someone the appointments are all gone and am told to call back tomorrow. No option to make an appointment online. | ||||||

My husband who has had a serious stroke and is 74 years old has still not had a letter to invite him for a flu jab. I haven't either and I am 70 years old. I cannot get in touch with the surgery. As other people have commented it is virtually impossible to get in touch. Please tell me what other surgery we can use. | ||||||

I tried to make an appointment by phone, non-urgent appointments can only be made after 14:00, I rang at 15:08 and at 16:00 the phone call was disconnected. I was 8th in the queue when I rang at 15:08 a bit before 16:00 I had reached 3rd in the queue. It is incredible that the call handling was so slow and being disconnected just made a bad experience worse. | ||||||
