i will be moving from this surgery pretty soon. The lack of care and virtually impossibility of getting appointments just keeps happening time after time. Prescriptions are not processed correctly, and sometimes some of the medication isnt ordered, so as an example, i have an app, i order and it goes to a queue. I get notification from my app Pharmacy to you, that it hasn't been approved by the surgery. I call the surgery and they cant find the prescription that was appaent;y waiting for me? I wasn't advised i actually needed to go in to pick one up?! 3 weeks late! I clarify that the meds i needed should be for 2 months to match my other meds. I then get notification from the app. Only 1 month supply. This has happened numerous times now. There's no follow up with anything, you have to continually chase and in a world where we all work for a living, we don't have time to keep chasing. I think the quality of service has dropped dramatically over the last 5 or 6 years. |

Getting anxiety and pus and needles in my fingers bad circulation also get back pain and pains in my right and left sides would like some advice on what I can do please thank you daniel parker |

After 3 hours waiting for phone to be answered to see about repeat prescription I was told can't do it over phone. Went to see doctor and she was no help at all. Didn't give me any advise that I asked for. I am a new patient to this centre |
