Find them very welcoming, caring and helpful. The only downside is they often run behind with appointments but I think this is because they actually take time with people. | ||||||

Icreadibly rude doctor, spent more time telling me off about my appointment than actually examining me. My symptoms were brushed off and the appointment lasted a few minutes. At the end I was told I couldn’t be tested further because there is not enough budget for temporary patients like me and that my condition might be serious. So I left even more worried, wish I never went there, it took hours to calm myself down, and couldn’t go to work afterwards.
Reception were polite and patient but didn’t inform me over the phone that temporary patients have less of rights to medical help, wish I was told so I wouldn’t bother...
I was planning on becoming a permanent patient but no way I will ever go back there. | ||||||

About a year ago I went to Bentley Village Surgery as a new patient to disclose a mental health condition I'd been living with but had never received adequate support for; the GP was incredible, they were understanding, empathic and helpful. My medication was immediately changed and I was referred to the Acute Mental Health Team but in the mean time had regular appointments to stay in contact.
The GP continued to be excellent, the staff were good and the dispensary on site is great. I highly recommend this surgery. | ||||||
