The standard of care at Highfield Health is highly variable. One minute they’re satisfactory, and the next they’re leaving you feeling worse than when you went in. It is near impossible to get an appointment and the receptionists are unhelpful. The doctors themselves are variable, some are excellent and some are lazy. I’ve had both good and terrible experiences here and I would really reccomend using another practice, as it really is a gamble as to whether or not you receive good care. | ||||||

I have been a patient at this surgery for many many years. Everytime I go I am always treated with so much dignity. they are kind and always do the most they possibly can for you. I would highly recommend this practice. | ||||||

I am aware of how fortunate I am to have access to an excellent surgery. All staff are great! Quality of treatment by GP and nurse is second to none. Thank you for the wonderful support and duty of care. | ||||||
