Been with Barcroft for many years. Used to be very good, was able to see the same doctor who knew me. Over the years this changed, well ok. Now it seems impossible to actually see a doctor in person. Some ailments need a visual assessment. I believe mine does as it is an ear issue, (not wax.) I have a telephone appointment, again. Been here before, not happy. | ||||||

I used to be able to send an email which enabled a sensible view of whether I should come in or be contacted by the duty doctor. Not sure why this option seems no longer to be available. | ||||||

Managed to get to see the doctor today who made me feel like I was wasting their time. Didn’t even want to look at my foot injury and just made me feel like a time waster. Been here since I was born and am disappointed I can no longer see the GP I want to and most people want to. Maybe they should realise that the reason everyone wants to see her is she doesn’t make you feel like crap when you see her and actually listens to you. | ||||||
