I joined St Melor Surgery in July 2018 after moving from Bedfordshire.
I have had to make a few appointments over the last few months and I can honestly say that I have never found a surgery so friendly, supportive and reliable.
I have always found the reception team, nursing team and doctors very approachable, caring and very professional.
Thank you for providing a fantastic service. |

Hello, I would just like to praise your receptionist who helped me last Friday when I came in to change my address and notify of the recent passing of my Mum. I cannot remember the receptionist name but she was incredibly understanding and took my to the side to make sure everything we talked about was in private. She made sure I was okay and provided me with resources that may help me through this time. Coming to the doctors is a big thing for me and I am struggling with the loss of my mother but I am so happy that you’ve employed the correct people to work on reception and support patients to the best of their abilities. Thank you so much again. |

I found Dr Eastman through positive comments from friends and colleagues. He actually comes to get you himself from the waiting room, greets you warmly, and it’s actually possible to have a 2 way conversation and feel involved in your own care, which is a world away from my previous GP experiences. He has been very helpful to me, and the only problem is that it’s not always easy to get an appointment because everyone else wants to see him too, which says it all really. |
