After waiting 3 weeks for it, I turned up punctually for an important appointment at Dower House they had sent me by text message, only to be told it was at Carisbrooke. It was too late for me to get there safely as I was on my bicycle. Was told they couldnt give me another appointment for quite some time. I told them to forget it. I will now use A&E in future if in pain or similar. It is impossible to get through to this practice on the phone and they know it. Since the merger the practice has become a total disgrace. Despite a serious health condition I have not seen a GP in more than 3 years. | ||||||

This doctor's surgery was fine with me up until they had to handle my trans hormone replacement therapy, and since then they've been going out of their way to sabotage my treatment, despite me doing everything that was request by them and more. They are a criminally bigoted and borderline malicious practice. DO NOT ATTEND IF LGBT+ | ||||||
