Once again I must say that I am frustrated and appalled by the shoddy service at this surgery. They've invested all those money in fixtures and fittings, yet they don't have adequate nu.bet of receptionists. You regularly end up I a queue for 39 minutes and more. I'm absolutely sick to the core. | ||||||

This was a decent surgery, but since the change of management the standards have fallen all the way down. It is a nightmare to get through to the receptionist when trying to get an appointment or calling with a query. The folliw up by the doctors is abysmal. It is extremely frustrating for patients like myself who are suffering with chronic illnesses. I | ||||||
