I had made an appointment with one particular doctor for a minor problem. Fortuitously he immediately identified a possible DVT in my leg. He then arranged an instant appointment with the Minor Injuries Clinic at Wycombe where the DVT was confirmed. Treatment started immediately and, as it was identified so quickly, the prognosis is good. I am over-whelmed with gratitude for this doctor's instant diagnosis and actions, and for the really thorough advice he gave me on follow-up. Well done to this doctor and the Rectory Meadow team! | ||||||

I find the telephone system for this surgery most comprehensive. It also gives information about where I am in the queue for the service I need. Once through to the member of staff I have selected, I am always dealt with courteously, efficiently and kindly. | ||||||
