As been said before, cannot get an answer on the phone, Online system not available today or any other me thinks. The receptionist will only deal with people who have appointment, how did they get one, and tell you to telephone. It becomes an endless loop. I am supposed to receive HT Implant, but last time 111 had to arrange it. What a disgraceful state of affairs. |
