I tried to get appointment for 2 week. I called at 8 :01 3 people on queue. Then someone puck up no appointments available. How is that possible. Then they ask u to call next day. I was asked to try e consult. Fine I did when I give my answers it ask me to change it as this is serious heath risk u should get appointments. This is a joke I took screenshot. I was told is no available appointment to pre book. Then was offer to pre book March. Its seem to me it depend who call. I pay NHS as everybody so I am in title to get visit. I don't understand for what I pay so much money. | ||||||

No appointments, have to ring everyday. Finally get seen and told to come back after 2 weeks but cannot get an appointment full stop. Terrible practise management.
