Whenever I visit the practice ,I have never come out with a cure ,always i have to revisit the surgery and still not be cured. Off late I have been experiencing tremendous back pain and the GPs dont seem to care and not even check my back for any signs of bruising or discoloration ,they only say can you move and suggest some exercises ,but after the exercises there is no relief and everyday night is a sleepless night for me .The GP also suggested i go private if i needed a better solution. we pay so much of our salaries into the NHS and there is no result only prolonged pain and sufferings .If people have to revisit the NHS for the same reason ,I guess they aint doing their job right and that is basically using up resources that someone could use if they have got it right the first time.

It is with great discontent that when I have needed an appointment it 's always two weeks away particularly where you could be seen and treated for simple infections without too much hustle. As a health professional myself I find this unreasonable. GPs are supposed to be accessible to their patients but you get the impression that the receptionist triages and decides you cannot be seen immediately or within two or even three days but Two weeks! This a a good health establishment that could do more to improve this practice.
