The receptionists aren't very patient friendly. They leave you waiting over an hour after your appt time before telling you the doctor is running late and make no apologies for It. Very frustrating place to visit and will definately be changing doctor surgery | ||||||

We were enrolled in this surgery for more than 10 yrs untill we relocated.
We never had a problem with either a Doctor or any staff member. We were always treated with dignity and taken care of.
The best staff member at the surgery was the Diabetic Nurse who is the kindest person and most efficient who helped my husband through the journey of his illness and helped us manage it by listening to us and helping at every stage..As a result my husband is off insulin. We are so happy that his levels are normal and he is on minimum medication now.
We are indebted to the nurse and to the surgery all our lives.
Thanks a million for the gift of our life!

I and my family have belonged to this practice for over 14 years.the service I and my family have received has always been friendly and professional. we have been referred to hospitals ,for scans and under the asthma nurses care,I have never felt the doctors were to busy to explain and listen to my family.
after visiting another Gps practice it brought home to me want a brilliant team we have here. yes they are busy but try very hard to do the best for each patient in a polite manner .
