Five Doctors apparently work in the Surgery, my parents moved to the area 18 months ago and have been unable to see anyone. Very difficult to make an appointment with stone let alone a Doctor. The interesting point is that these issues have been derived by the surgeries own making and make Covid an easy excuse to fall back on. In my experience this particular surgery has forgotten the reason why they exist. |

Can’t get through on the phone to ask for appointment When you eventually receive a reply appointments gone No question if emergency or not and the redirected to paramedic. Needed urgent blood test due to symptoms but had to wait 5 days for that then urgently admitted to hospital when results were known. It is not a Dr’s surgery anymore. Very poor service and bordering on dangerous |

My family and I are always looked after extremely well by the doctors, nurses and reception staff. The doctors are very personable and really do all they can to look after us and really care about us as individuals. I feel very blessed and fortunate to be with this surgery especially at a time when the NHS is facing so many difficulties and so many people have problems getting to see their GPs or feel that they are not being well treated. I appreciate the time and effort of the whole team in not only keeping us healthy but also for the support they offer. Telephone consultations and discussions are one way that makes me feel that my concerns are considered and addressed to ensure my general well being. |
