The doctors are very good at the surgery, but I have to say, getting a prescription is so challenging. I called before 4pm but as my call was answered at 16.03pm, I was told I had to ring back at 07.30am the following day. The receptionist directed me to the website, which didn't work via several links. It is both frustrating and onerous to get a simple prescription. For months, I have been buying them from online services and paying instead of trying to use the surgery. I thought I would try again, but have experienced the same challenges once more. | ||||||

I am so impressed by Unity Health. Repeat prescription are always ready on time. The doctors and colleagues provide a service they [and us]can be justly proud of. If you have an emergency, they will ensure you are seen, otherwise, it's worth the wait. I have had several injections for a shoulder pain at short notice. Arriving at short notice, I never felt I was an inconvenience, on the contrary, nothing seemed too much trouble. Despite continual interruptions, the receptionists are always courteous to a fault. My occasional visits to the nurse have been 'almost' a pleasure. I hate injections, but they have always made them virtually painless. So, no complaints from me. | ||||||

Great doctors, it doesn't matter who you see, the nurses are wonderful and the reception staff are always polite, smiling and very helpful. I am in great health thanks to the team here especially since my motorcycle accident 18 months ago. | ||||||
