It takes so long to get an appointment. I was given inaccurate info. Referrals were delayed. I don't feel the standard of care is safe. |

If you want an appointment, you should make it three weeks before you actually need it. And if you work and can only attend at certain times, it’s even worse.
Unfortunately this then means that you have to overuse the emergency service, which I actually hate doing. Much of this is due to there being hardly any doctors on duty- only one every Thursday and Friday afternoon. Why?? |

Excellent practice. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are very good indeed. I have been a patient here and the previous location since 1975. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone’s helpfulness, kindness and professionalism. Thoroughly recommend. |
