Having moved to this surgery 2 years ago I have found them consistently helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and am confident that my healthcare is in good hands. |

I have spent 3 weeks trying to get some help and advice for my mother who I knew was sick. I was blocked by rude receptionists who were extremely unhelpful as a result I had to go to the walk in urgent medical centre at MK general on Saturday morning. A GP spent 45 mins assessing her to see if she should be admitted (something your GP should have assessed) this was backed up by the specialist on call endocrinologist at Oxford hospital who gave us her mobile number to ensure my mother be treated properly. What a difference in support, as a result my mother will be treated urgently this week at the Churchill. I only hope it isn't too late . I really feel we were not taken seriously over the 3 weeks before by this surgery and feel the poor front desk staff attitudes should be dealt with asap. Having visited this surgery and spoken to them on the telephone several times I can honestly say these are some of the worst reception staff I have ever had the misfortune to meet, they were absolutely awful, extremely rude and totally unhelpful. I've waited a couple of visits until I wrote this review as I wanted to make sure I had a few encounters with this surgery before I wrote one to ensure I gave them a fair chance but unfortunately each encounter with them was just terrible. When you need to see a doctor you are at one of your most vulnerable points, you’re worried, scared, in pain so when visiting a doctor you’re looking for help and reassurance. With my encounter with these so called receptionists it was as if they thrived on telling people 'no'. It makes me sick to my stomach to think that people who are ill and worried are having to encounter these people.
