It is hard to get the same doctor to follow your progress and to to give you continuity of care. This means that you have to repeat information and cannot build any rapport with the GP. At times due to the processes it means that even if you have a long term condition you may not be monitored and followed up, you have to drive your own care. . I was asked if I could pay for my own physio until the slots are free on the NHS, Really! I get how hard pressed the NHS is but if I need the treatment then it should be available.I have to wait several months for something that I need now. I support local resources and have in the past been an advocate for our surgery and the support they offer- right now I feel like a number not a real person. | ||||||

I moved to the county a couple of years ago and this surgery is a million miles from what I am used to! Everyone at the surgery is really friendly. You feel more than just a number here, and the support and guidance provided is first class. Really couldn't recommend more. | ||||||

I'm not sure who saw my son on the 10th October apart from she was a female doctor, he came in with a terrible headache which started in his right eye , she sent him to the general for a scan , turns out he has has a stroke ! Now in John rad in Oxford thank you so much as you saves his life | ||||||
