I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and cannot praise them enough. Suffering with a long term chronic back issue I have been supported and assisted with numerous referrals and follow up care. I've had the pleasure of interacting with most of the staff and the receptionist team are second to none. No request or query is to big or too small and they always deliver with a smile! The nurses are sympathetic and respectful and incredibly professional at all times. As for the GP's. I have never found a service more efficient. Rarely have I had to wait for an appt and in the event there is not one available I have always been offered an alternative telephone consultation. I feel priviledged to be registered in such capable hands. This practice is nothing but efficient. |

Registered with the surgery after moving into the area and needed travel vaccinations. I had a month of being messed around: saying they had lost my travel form, the travel nurse hadn't looked at it yet, and then that they couldn't find an available appointment because nurses were off sick. Eventually they told me that I would have to pay to go to a travel clinic elsewhere because their only nurse who administered travel vaccinations was now going on holiday and they weren't getting cover for her, leaving me in a position where I was running out of time to get my vaccinations before my holiday. I swiftly moved surgery down the road to Ashcroft Surgery, who managed to get me booked in for an appointment within an hour of me registering with them! |

I believe that the service levels have improved significantly at this surgery. I don't know all the doctors and there is one in particular that I try to avoid, but the other doctors are good and one GP is the best doctor I have ever had the luck to deal with. Keep up the good work everybody. |
