This practice has grown considerably over the 30+ years I've used it but retained the excellent nominated GP per patient ethos which works well. They train GPs and as a result have been able to attract high quality doctors as their size has grown. Available services have also expanded as have hours of operation. The use of online services for ordering repeat prescriptions works very well as does the online appointments system. If an emergency appointment is required we have always managed it. We are very lucky to have such a good practice which encourages patient involvement. |

My father-in-law needed an urgent dressing over Christmas, I thought we would have problems getting an appointment but was pleasantly surprised when they offered to fit him in that morning. The reception staff were helpful and efficient and the nurse that saw him was very caring and informative.
Thank you! |

I cannot speak highly enough of the service offered by a team of dedicated doctors, nurses and all support staff who keep the wheels turning. Any changes to the way you access services is explained clearly by a senior GP, so continuity of care is maintained at as safe a level as possible. When I go into the surgery I do not feel threatened by inadequate consideration to this nightmare we are going though. My family and I have much to be grateful for over the 25+ years we have lived in this area. The care has been exceptional and always with your GP, long may it last. |
