The service used to be far better than it has become in the last 6 months. In particular Dr Josh's assistant gives me the feeling she has other more important things to do, she says she would call beck but never does, she does not seem to care about any emergencies that the patient might have, which at least on a couple of occasions put my health at risk. When I got to see the doctor, it was ok, but the secretary is terrible. I am considering asking for a change of doctor just because of the extremely poor service his secretary is providing. | ||||||

Having recently moved to the area I can highly recommend The Allan Practice and in particular Dr Josh. From my first contact with reception, arranging an appointment via his secretary, speaking with Dr Josh, having blood tests and a follow up appointment to discuss results I am extremely pleased with the service and care I have received. I have been with the Allan Practice for many years, there been a few blips over the years but for the last 38/39 years I have been very happy with service provided by the Doctors, Nurses and secretaries, a very helpful, supportive and professional team. Thank you all | ||||||
