I rang today for two appointments for an elderly relative for next week. I have to travel 100 miles to Northampton each time. The staff answered quicky, professionally and could not have been more helpful. An excellent surgery. | ||||||

I have always had excellent and swift treatment at Delapre/Whitefields surgeries. In particular, I have been supported through breast cancer and the whole process has been efficiently managed and overseen. All visits to both doctors and nursing staff have been filled with compassion and dignity although they are clearly battling time constraints and limited resources beyond the practice's control. Highly recommended. The triage telephone system is as good as it could be - frustrating if you are at work and not able to pick up a phone immediately but a good solution to a resources problem that they cannot control. Receptionists are polite and thoughtful and try to direct treatment appropriately - it can't be an easy job. Thank you. | ||||||

Seen Dr reguarding back injury.
Doctor greeted me in waiting area & in front of other patients said their was nothing wrong with me !!
I made my way to doctors room & the doctor said why are you using a walking stick, there’s nothing wrong with you!!
I made a complaint requarding this doctor, which got me no where, I left this GP Surgery ASAP
