Uncaring, don't listen spent hours in tears after appointment it's like banging your head against a brick wall. Im just gobsmacked at the lack of any compassion or unwillingness to listen to the patient, I had more interest from the receptionist!!! |

I would like to say that the service I have received from the doctors and reception staff at Wollaston Surgery as always been great. Yes it can sometimes be a bit frustrating to get through on the phones, but I think this is a national problem not just a problem at the surgery. I have always found the reception staff to be very helpful and caring, and the doctors have always listened to me and have always involved me in decision making regarding any concerns I have had . I really do recommend this surgery and I am very grateful to be able to access such a great service in our village |

No wonder people bypass the GP and go straight to A&E. You cannot book an appointment. It is the most ridiculous service I have ever encountered. You have to be able to present yourself at the door at 9am or ring at this time to get an appointment for the same day whether your problem is urgent or not. If you can't do this at 9am you are doomed. I have to do a school run to Northampton at this time and so cannot get an appointment. To book online there were just 6 appointments 3 weeks ahead all mid morning when my child is at school. Problem is not urgent and I do not want to take her out of school. Very stressful trying to get to see a Dr. Only recently joined this practice but will also be leaving soon as it's too difficult getting an appointment. Dreadful system if you want a routine appointment. Online system may as well not exist as it barely had any appointments on it. 3 Drs in this practice so more appointments should be available to book online. 3 Drs at Harrold but loads of appointments available online. I do not understand why except that it would seem the whole system is structured to suit staff. It certainly doesn't suit patients. |
