Silson Surgery

I actually had an appointment 7 weeks ago and since my nerves in my lower back were sending uncomfortable signals to my feet I ask my dr to go private for an mri scan. He agreed that I could go to Cheltenham, 7 weeks on and with me phoning the receptionist every 2 weeks I have still heard nothing including an xray that was done on my neck 5 weeks ago. The receptionist has said this is normal? Surely? The surgery cannot cope obviously

I have just been on hold at Silverstone surgery for 57 minutes and remained at caller 3 throughout. Are they bothering to answer calls at all? When people are more in need of seeing a doctor (well seeing would be a miracle) due to the pandemic, this sort of service is truly abysmal. Whilst still being on hold, I called their partner surgery (Brook) and got through straight away. The receptionists at Silverstone should be ashamed of themselves.
