I had a horrendous experience with the nurse in this health centre. Not only that I had to wait very long for an appointment, the nurse was also unprofessional and unskilled, totally ignoring what I am saying to her, clearly in a hurry trying to finish her work, not caring for the patient. An awful experience, avoid this health centre. I can see that you waited 9 working days for your appointment: in an ideal world we would be overjoyed to have appointments with the appropriate clinician earlier; however we are experiencing unprecedented levels of demand for our services and unfortunately this can on occasions lead to slightly longer waiting times for appointments. I believe you will find a similar experience at our neighbouring practices. With regards to the clinical treatment received; and as explained to you when we spoke, the nurse you saw is very experienced and has undertaken this procedure on literally thousands of occasions, with no negative feedback. We believe the treatment she provided was completely appropriate and in line with her training, current practices and her extensive experience, however this clearly did not meet your own expectations. I'm sorry but there appears to be a disparity between your expectations and the entirely appropriate treatment you have received on this occasion. David Evans, Practice Manager | ||||||

This practice has regularly failed me as a patient. Administratively the surgery is poor, struggling to handle prescription requests. The quality of clinical care is questionable - I have had a number of bad experiences with GPs and Nurse from the practice. I would not recommend it, and have now left the surgery. | ||||||
