Absolutely appalling. If you are considering joining this surgery you should definitely choose another option. Their e-consult system is terrible, it can take up to a month to get an appointment, and they never answer their phone. They never follow anything up and you have to chase and chase to get any blood results back or to get a prescription written even when a consultant has asked for it to be written. They only communicate with you via text and noone is ever available to talk to solve any of these issues. Even their own gps don't know how the e-consult works. A truly terrible service. |

it's always difficult to get to someone on the phone to make appointments, and the online system is also bad as the surgery ignores my messages there too. It's so bad but I cannot move to another surgery. Things have been bad for about at least 18 months now. Staff are aware that they have power over you, so they are rude and inconsiderate and there's nothing patients can do about it - that's why I am here. THis is not an acceptable level of service, I have discussed this with neighbours and colleagues and we all agree! |

For over a year and a half I have faced more and more barriers when attempting to make appointments. Once appointments are made, they are usually for a month later. In my experience doctor calls are just as ineffective, as the doctor calls when they want to, not at the time the agreed upon. |
