Gp surgery it's not what I remember Often there is no respect from the reception and very difficult to speak to a Gp or get appointment. I find it really difficult to discuss why I need to book appointment with doctor to the receptionist As I feel my health is my privacy its uncomfortable to explain to someone else other than doctor. My humble request to NHS service please help as to get better and accessible |

The doctor who treated me was amazing and took their time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. Getting to that point was a fight. Every time I am in contact with reception staff I am treated like a criminal or just very stupid when I ask questions that aren't easily accessible online. As someone who deals with people themselves all day, I expect a minimum amount of helpfulness. "Do you have an appointment?" is an accusation every time, not a question. Can't recommend, despite the treatment itself going well, as all points of contact are very clear in that they do not want you to come. |

An absolute shambles. Trying to save money on referrals to specialist even after two ER visits . Failed to open on time after a 90 minute lunch break. Or to answer their emergency phone number. |
