Absolutely unprofessional staff, a rude receptionist, losing documents, lying to customers. Maybe doctors are good - I'll never know. Big disappointment. | ||||||

This GP surgery operates how you would wish and imagine an NHS GP to function: knowledgeable receptionists who listen and who carry things out swiftly and reliably; pleasant waiting area; well-informed and helpful GPs who are interested in the patient and discursive about the treatment offered; appointments swiftly available. I have been registered with Dr Leaver & co for many years, & just want to say I think I get excellent care. I have recently seen the phlebotomist, the Practice nurse, & a Dr & all have been very friendly, professional and caring. If I was writing a tripAdviser review, it would be 5/5 from me.
