This surgery has been really good to me and many others in agreement! The former GP, Dr. Rajakulendran was knowledgable, polite, professional, patient and understanding. Sue the secretary/receptionist & other receptionists were a really great team. I wonder where the mentioned professionals are now since Woodfarm Surgery transformed into Bury Knowle - Hedena Health! Thank you for the care that has been shown to all between the years 2004 - 2012! | ||||||

Ever since the departure of the first GP there has never been politeness shown towards patients making appointments over the phone. One of the staff is so impolite and rude. The surgery has deteriorated remarkably. | ||||||

I would recommend my doctor alongside their staff as they have the qualities of care and professionalism. They are great health staff workers and full of dignity and respect for the patients. I am not happy at all why the GP is no longer at Woodfarm Surgery. They were one of the best I have ever known and worked with their team. | ||||||
