Very poor receptionist on telephone when it was a extremely vulnerable disabled person in need of covid vaccine was put through a very unprofessional phonecall to be told the only appointment was this Saturday at 9.00am disgusting poor care and no help at all. |

Following an extended blood pressure check on 05.08.2019 and started on medication I was very surprised to receive a text message last Friday 06.09 2019 saying my annual hypertension check was due. I wish I was able to reply by text as a phone call is a waste of my time and yours. |
