Whichever doctor I see at this practice always listens to me very well and responds with useful advice and insight into the problem/problems which need addressing.
They have an excellent bedside manner and are always attentive.
The only issue I have had in the past is not received blood test results because they say they didn't take enough blood to carry out the test.
I feel very comfortable with this Practice and very grateful to have such nice doctors after my previous years at another practice which wasn't so great.
Many thanks all for the great service you provide.
Best wishes |

The Doctors at this surgery are great and I feel completely at ease discussing any issues with them.
There can be difficulty getting through by phone on the odd occasion but you just need to hang on for someone to answer - which I don't think is unreasonable.
I find the nurse practitioners are less respectful and have felt embarrassed before and therefore prefer to get an appointment with a GP.
One negative would be the wait at the surgery, morning appointments seem to run on time however afternoon appointments seem to have long delays.
All in all, I do like this practice, I have reluctantly had to change surgery now due to a house move. |
