I was left in chronic pain, where I was unable to eat, due to 2 doctors failing to to request a endoscopy, I found out 6 weeks later that the request had not even been sent off. When I finally got the appointment, my ashophogus has narrowed due to prior surgery and food was just not going down I need surgery to correct this condition. Certain members of the practice are rude, arrogant, they play God with your medication. They block you from booking on line appointments, they don't answer the phone when you call then. My medication repeats are always wrong, never enough, missed or I am just ignored. Even when a medication that without I cannot leave my home, andbis requested as urgent us not done for 3 days... My conditions are complex, complicated and all they have done is upset me to the extent I self harmed. Don't go there if you like to be treated as a normal human being.... !! | ||||||

Mr. P.Seamer...On the 28th of Jan 2021 at 11 am, I saw A doctor about ongoing back pain and needed a fit note for UC along with other talks with my doctor about other personal things. I rang Hartcliffe (Hartwood) Healthcare Centre and asked if I could have my fit note sent to me via an email in which I gave the clinic my details...Nothing has been sent to my email which I need to be sorted by the 3rd Feb 2021 1 pm. Also as I asked the doctor and also told the receptionist could the fit note be backdated to the 22nd Jan 2021 please. I do respect that you are very busy but please...I need the fit note Urgently..Thank you | ||||||

Feeling really ill I visited my doctor - turned out I was having a really bad blip in my diabetes and blood pressure. The doctor immediately arranged all relevant blood tests and got me in to see the diabetic nurse. My results were atrocious and the doctor and nurse worked together to alter my medications. I recieved immediate appointments and had phone consultations to check on my results.
Throughout the process I was treated with respect and consideration and all tests and medication changes were explained so that I understood everything that was being done.
I have a great respect for all the staff at Hartwood Healthcare | ||||||
