I has to see the gps a number of times and every time I was treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. I often think of how fortunate we are in this country to have such top flight care for free - I will never take it for granted. Thank you. |

A few months ago I left Lander Medical a review based on the poor experience I had with a receptionist at the time.
I have continued to use Lander Medical Practice because my GP is wonderful.
Recently I have noticed a change with the receptionists. They are happy and really lovely - even on the phone. Last week I was booking in to have a blood test and explained to the receptionist that I tend to faint so a double appointment would be a good idea - she found me a suitable time and then suggested that I drink a lot of water to increase the volume of blood in my body beforehand. I don't know if this is medically accurate but it worked a treat and I really appreciated how kind she was.
Today I had my blood tests and the nurse was absolutely wonderful. I was seen early (I was seen early last week too!) and left within minutes. Such a calm, caring and patient nurse.
I'm really noticing a difference with Lander Medical Practice! Keep it up :) it's the small things that make a big difference. Reply from The Lander Medical Practice Tue, 14 May 2019 09:28:00 +0100 Thank you for the review that you left and I am pleased your recent experiences at the Practice have been positive. I will definitely feed back your comments to the Reception and Nurse Teams at the next Team meetings |

Terribly practice run by a senior partner who needs to be struck off. Zero knowledge of mental health/neurological conditions. Fail to refer, inflict trauma, ignore you. How this practice is still running blows my mind, it needs to have a complete new management, and all GPs need to be properly trained, and also told not to comment on whether they think a patient has a neurological condition or not because they are not trained to. |
