For many years now I have tried to get the help and referrals I need for my condition. Referrals are not given easily and for severe pain I suffer daily they do not help get to the route cause f the problem. I am crying daily from the pain and still no referral to a pain clinic! It has come to a point where I now just suffer because of the lack of care given by this surgery. And if you dare use the pharmacy in town for your repeat prescriptions you will be caught in brannels grudge match because they don't like the competition being in the village. St stephen pharmacy request medicine and brannel will act like it's never received and ignore requests. Then when chased up and forced to take notice the state they never received the email... Not acceptable really. |

I have been attending Brannel Surgery for more than 10 years and found the practice to be an extremely competent surgery, they have also done much to improve their service during this time and continue to do so with the help of patient advice and surveys. The receptionists are very helpful and do not pry into your reasons for requesting an appointment (unlike other surgery's) The Nurse's are caring and supportive of your needs and always have a smile and kind word. The Doctor's are very friendly but professional in their approach to your health needs albeit physical or mental in my experience. I would recommend my surgery to anyone wishing genuine care in their health an well being, even if it were just in a supportive way. They are all genuinely caring and will treat you with dignity and respect. |
