Just moved locally and GP saw our poorly 2 year old on the same day we registered. Reception were great. GP sorted her quickly and we were referred to Truro Hospital for observation as the nebuliser didn't settle her chest.
We had recommendations from our neighbours and we're very happy with the prompt care we received. I have been registered with Probus surgery for over 20 years and always experienced wonderful care. Not so much for myself, I've been fortunate to have good health so far, but I look after an elderly mother and a husband with Parkinson's disease. The care and support we all receive from the doctors and nurses are just amazing and also reassuring. I would even say that we wouldn't move away from the village due to this support. Thank you to everyone at the surgery for your hard work, care and compassion. Having moved from the midlands the difference in care was immediately obvious. The welcoming approach from the staff is always consistent. Thorough dedicated care from he GP's has always been top priority from them, they go above and beyond what is expected in a GP role. Their are always plenty of appointments. Efficient dispensary service. Probus surgery offers an all round exceptionally high level of holistic care for their patients, from what I have experienced.
