I have had a few different surgery's in the past but none have come up to the standard of Middleway all the staff are very professional and friendly and helpful and polite. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment whether it be a face to face or a telephone call which when you are not feeling well is very reassuring. I am very pleased with them. I also have great belief that if you treat people in a courteous manner they will respond to you. Works both ways. |

I have been a patient at this surgery for over 20 years and in that time I have always received fantastic care despite being a “frequent flyer”. There are times when I’m sure the cry must go up -not again- as I walk in but every time I finish up being referred on to second line. They have seen me through six joint replacements, one spinal surgery and the latest, a heart operation. At every interaction with the staff they have been courteous, informed and helpful. They may be small, they may be pushed (isn’t the entire NHS) but Middleway is definitely my choice of syrgery. |

Getting an appointment now is like pulling teeth. You have to go online and fill the form out. If you don’t want to do that, the receptionist will fill one out for you. If you don’t want to fill the form out, tough, you can’t see a doctor. If you are extremely depressed, suffering from mental health issues, and everything is getting on top of you, they don’t care, you still have to fill the form out. This left me Extremely depressed and in floods of tears due to my mental health. My husband went personally to the doctor surgery to ask to speak to the manager to complain but just got a brick wall. SHAME ON YOU MIDDLEWAY. |
