My name is Sharon Elizabeth Kirby, born 07.08.1959. Although, I am currently living in Bangor, Northern Ireland. My National Insurance No; is WE598663C. I would like to ask, whether, I am registered, within your Doctors Surgery, as my sister, Pamela Gail Minnear, is one of your patients and I have visited your surgery for medical attention in the past. The reason for asking this, is that as, we get older, the more time, I am able spend in Cornwall with my sister and will probably move back to Cornwall, to enjoy my retirement. I have flu. I know its flu and i know there is not a lot you can do about it apart from wait. My work needs a sick note. I called the surgery and was immediately offered an appointment to see a nurse practitioner. I was treated well and at no point was i made to feel i was wasting time. I am aware that Cornwall health services are under extreme pressure and at no time was i felt to feel i was in the way. The nurse was very attentive and understanding. Thank you.
