They are too short staffed to answer the phone. Lots of Hayle people are having the same trouble. I had to go into the surgery after work to try and make an app but non available and the receptionist said they were too busy to answer phone .
Told symptoms to receptionist. ( was asked) only to be given advise from another patient behind me waitng for app! |

As temporary residents in need of an urgent appointment we were delighted with the service at this health centre. From to moment we rang, the receptionist, GP, pharmacist all treated us with the utmost care, consideration and professionalism.
A really wonderful centre. Makes the NHS what it is today. |
