GPs seem to be invisable. They don't even ring back when they say they will. I am a carer for my husband. but noone will acknowledge this even though it is down on record.. As for myself , I get wrong diagnoses from a receptionist on friday, only to get a call back monday saying there is a prescription left for me at chemist! Also receptionist can be rude and abrupt sometimes, for example when I asked when surgery closes the receptionist said "when doctor has finished" I only wanted to know a time. It is now time of writing this 18.17pm I believe the surgery closes 6pm looking on internet. So far I'm still waiting for someone to ring me back for my husband, who is by the way in terrible pain.

Excellent GP surgery, having been a patient hear for a while, I now know I have a safe place to go when in mental health crisis. The doctor who I speak to regularly is very warm and gentle. I am now free of self harm and self destruction. On another note, the surgery is kind, caring, amazing and understanding. I also think very highly of all at the surgery. | ||||||
