Poor communication . It is almost impossible to get a face to face appointment . The assumption is that everyone can use the internet , which they cannot, and the poor staff seem to be expected to fend off anyone who might think they need to see a Doctor. Perhaps many have not tried to self medicate or see the pharmacist first, but for those who have it is trying to say the least after weeks of trying to book one on the internet one still cannot find one . I note the surgery does telephone appointments but how does one get one? One could understand a video appointment , but how can one see either the problem or the patient on the telephone. One of the female Doctor's in particular is brusque and rude. Don't assume that your patients are not as clever as you, many are , just in different fields. I am sure staff are under stress but so are many people .

Awful communication between the team and with their patients. They say a doctor will call with no timeline given and then never contact. You keep chasing until you give up from frustration.I started self-harming again -something I haven't done since I was a teenager from the frustration of this surgery. They don't seem to read notes or act on anything very quickly. They also won't allow you to switch from the doctor you are registered with even if you are not happy with the doctor you are with or want a female doctor instead of male. They also seem outdated - you can't email or call the practice manager only submit a paper letter to the practice which feels exclusionary and ablist. They say you can't email and that they delete all emails they receive so the only option is phone. The online communication option doesn't work on their website and if you try to book an online appointment they are none on there. The team seem to disagree with each other over how to give them results or medical documents you have to share with them. Also when you do share them they don't seem to show up on Mycare or in your medical records on their online system.

Dr Jayson Smith is disgusting the way he speaks and treats people with mental health. Over talked me and ignored my concerns and health. This doctor is shocking the way he treats people and his reason was because they are under pressure. Would never deal with doctor again and would never recommend this surgery to anyone.
