I have always had first class service from Tower House,from the receptionist, the practice nurse to the doctors. One doctor actually rang me up a few days after an appointment, just to see how I was getting on. If that’s not caring, then what is? You need to have trust and confidence in your GP, and in this practice, I have both. | ||||||

I rang for advice on a problem I had had for the past week or so. The receptionist I spoke to was friendly but professional, took the details of my problem, how long I had had it, why I was concerned etc. I was able to speak to a GP that morning who advised coming in for a blood test then, and gave me an appointment for the following morning to discuss the results. I attended the appointment, was examined and am now being sent for further tests. Moving from Cornwall the one thing I was concerned with was having to change doctors as our doctor in Cornwall was fantastic. I need not have worried the doctors who both myself and husband have seen have been brilliant especially one particular doctor whose bedside manner is outstanding. | ||||||
