I have been registered at this practice for years!!! So today I suspect a “ UTI” I take a sample up which is tested positive. So they put up a prescription to my local pharmacy!!!! ( or so I thought) it wasn’t there???!!! The surgery gave me a barcode for the pharmacy ( still nothing) ???!!! 2 trips to the pharmacy and 3 to the GP!!! My husband rings the surgery and is told that the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy ( ON MY RECORDS) Greenford (a bourogh of Ealing London) ??????? What idiot put that on my records I literally live around the corner from the surgery ( and always have done)When the GP in question sent this prescription did they not see “ red flag” !!!!! Did they think I had driven from “ Greenford” And now I possibly have to wait 48 hours for antibiotics!!!! Just as well it’s not life threatening. Completely useless!!!!!!!! | ||||||
