Having registered at this surgery 8 weeks ago and having attended numerous appointments with the Dr's and Health Nurses I am impressed with the level of service. The medical care team are understanding and willing to give an explanation as to why they are prescribing the medication and any possible side effects. I am impressed with the level of care and advice that I have received regarding mental health issues.
The nurses who take bloods and blood pressure are also very polite, As are the reception team. |

ive Been going here for just over 20 years now and I honestly cannot fault the staff and drs here. They truly do go above and beyond to help you however they can. They always involve me in decisions that we could take and give advice on the best steps, my dr in particular has been an absolute gem.
The only thing that’s frustrating is having to call in the morning to make an appointment, not very practical if you work full time and need to book time off in advance (if the online booker doesn’t have a day to suit you). |

I just moved to Exeter feb 2018
And they were the closest drs to me and thought give them a try
And the drs were alful , quite rude and not very understanding of mental health so if have any of these conditions avoid
I ended moving to a different practice which are 100 % better |
