On 28th September 2021 I phoned to request a doctors appointment. I was offered not one but two this week but at The Pavilion, Gloucester. I pointed out that I would prefer to see a Doctor inQuedgeley and was told the next appointment there was on 8th October - some 11 days away. I registered at St.James Quedgeley over 30 years ago, as it was conveniently sited with plenty of parking, it was stressfree and I hoperd it would idealy continue into my later years (which are now!) I found the practice very welcoming and over the years have been very well cared for by various Doctors, nurses and staff. My concern is that the practice seems now to be centered on The Pavillion which is a 22 mile riound trip from my home and is far from ideal, with limited parking made worse when there is a Covid clinic at Rosebank. Is there a hope that normal service will be resumed at Quedgeley one day? Ann M. i | ||||||

I recently called and was very upset and distressed about my condition and needed an appointment and the receptionist was truly excellent. She listened and was exceptionally sympathetic and did her very best to console me and got me an appointment as the earliest available. Very happy with the practice | ||||||
