Tried to get through to the Dockham Road surgery this morning 06/03/2018. Got as far as choosing options. Once I chose my option the line cut out. I tried more than 5 times, got asfar as choosing options 1,2 or 3 and again the line just cut out. I missed my opportunity to call because then I had to go work which meant I delayed in booking my appointment.
The reception staff are generally very good, polite and do their best but sometimes I can't get an appointment with my chosen GP for several weeks.
My GP is a well mannered, polite and more importantly -he listens! If the other partners were to do the same they may have a winning formula.
I should also mention that the GP's are restricted as to the type of therapies they can offer, which doesn't benefit the patient and therefore the patient ends up demoralised and using the same services that don't work -over and over which costs more in the long run.

I moved from a closer to home surgery - wish had done years ago. These guys pay attention - always interested to help and advise, and despite seeing dozens a day - always welcoming and encouraging. 100% | ||||||

I recently moved from another forest surgery and am so glad I did. Dockham road surgery is a breath of fresh air. The doctors really listen to my concerns and act accordingly., Reception staff are friendly and efficient and when I recently forgot to order my medication , but was unable to ring during the time their prescription line was open, they did not hesitate to help me out and by the end of that day my medication was at my local chemist..Nothing seems too much trouble for us patients. Thank you. | ||||||
