I understand that trying to det a Gp appointment in any area is difficult now. I have always been satisfied that sv surgery did its best for people though. Over the past year or so it has been increasingly difficult to get an appointment under 4/6 weeks. This became much better when Kingsway opened. In recent months the appointment system has become intolerable. Not being able to get an appointment for a medication review for 6 weeks. I went into the surgery every day until a cancellation became available. I have an ongoing medical condition and I have not been able to see the gp of choice. Everytime it is a different gp and they all have different ideas on the medication I should be taking which is really not helpful to me. I also ask that as there are two surgeries in this area why are we continually being asked to go to rosebank. I would d mind if I could drive. Also the repeat prescription system is a joke. Several times I have had to go into the surgery after a week and my prescription is still not ready. Surely its not hard to get this right. | ||||||

I would like to thank the Nurse Partner. I saw her about a month ago with exacerbation of a lung condition. She requested I did a sputum sample and gave me an antibiotic. She made sure that she treated my condition correctly. I had another infection. The doctor I saw never checked the sample or gave me the right antibiotic. If she had checked the results from the sample she would have seen that the antibiotic she prescribed was not effective. The Nurse Partner is very efficient and very kind, she always makes you feel at ease. I’m now in hospital because the antibiotics didn’t work and I know this because the consultant looked at the sample and told me. In fact the hospital is now going on the results of the test. Thank you very much and can I also thank another staff member as she tried to help me but the infection was to severe. The receptionists are rude though they think they are doctors. | ||||||

Excellent service today I had a emergency appointment as I have chest infection my blood pressure dropped low I passed out a abullance east called by GP so I’m praising them up and getting the treatment I needed ???? | ||||||
