I have been registered with Frampton Surgery for nearly 3 years. The care my family have received from the whole team has always been amazing. The staff go above and beyond to help us and give us the fastest service possible and have always treated us with compation. |

Dr was 45 mins late to appointment despite it being the 1st of the day & then completely rushed it without seeming to listen to my concerns and at points was rather rude. Despite me being asthmatic, having had pneumonia & numerous chest infections previously as well as several cardiologist tests in the past 6 months, when I asked her to listen to my chest because it was tight, wheezy & i had a chesty cough she abruptly advised "oh I haven't got time to be listening to everyone's chest, I'd never have time to do anything" & ushered me out of the door. In the same appointment regarding something else the Dr advised I needed a test (which they don't stock) to help them make a diagnosis. So I'd have to pick it up at a later date, due to work commitments I asked for it to be posted as I wouldn't be able to pick it up until my next annual leave booked. Dr ignored my comments & following week I receive text advising to pick it up. When I went to the surgery to pick it up after waiting 45 minutes I'm told they can't find it so the receptionist apologised and advised she will post it. After chasing countless times I still haven't received the test 4 months later. Meanwhile I am still in pain and struggling. So I will have to take time off work to waste an appointment just to ask for this test to be sent out so they can finally diagnose what is wrong and hopefully start treatment. |

I have been going to Frampton surgery for the last 15 years. I was in one house for 14 of those years, then i moved and was still kept on file and then i moved again and was told i could still go to them as doctors but i needed to go to the chemist for the meds. Bit inconvenient but no worries. So i order some meds and was told i could pick the paperwork the next morning. So next morning i do down to pick the paperwork up and was told oh no you need an appointment before we can give you these. I said they're on repeat and they tell me they've been removed- why? They didn't know. Okay fine i need an appointment today then its urgent. Okay no worries 12:45pm okay? Yes and when i come by later i will just be getting the paperwork? No you can still get the meds from us. Oh okay then. ~ Side note here's proof of my new address to update the system. All sorted. So then i go to the appointment at 12:45 and i then have to wait 30 minutes until i'm seen, not the end of the world but i am on lunch break so can't mess around. So i get the paperwork from the doctor go out to the dispensary only to be told no you have to collect from the chemist. I say but i was told earlier that i could. Then she goes oh well we weren't aware of the change of address. Awful customer service been told so many different things. Will be leaving first thing Monday. |
