I usually expect a rude or impatient employee whilst booking an appointment or checking in but it is the complete opposite at Walnut Tree - They are always polite, helpful and friendly and make you feel comfortable which is rare in Doctors Surgery's usually. The Doctors all feel like they take their time with you and you are not rushed. It actually is an enjoyable experience going to the GP now. | ||||||

I had the chance to interact with this surgery few times recently, having previoulsy been registered elsewhere.
Every time I had contact with them, be that admin or doctors I was left with a warm feeling my soul. They were gentle, condiderate, and reliable and prompt
I found the doctors ( I believe I spoke with 3 of them on different occasions) sensible and flexible in their decision making - which is not always the case considering how everyting is constrained by guidelines and algorythms these days.
